It's time to treat Rapists BRUTALLY.........................
If a nation cannot offer security to its
women population, i.e, to travel alone or works like any other man in the Country or
to express her views, what kind of a system in which we are living. We are continuously
expressing our views on attacks against women. Is that enough? Rapists should be treated BRUTALLY. They are not only destroying the virginity of a woman,
rather, it is her dreams, life and so many other things that are getting destroyed.
My heart is trembling when I heard Aruna, Nirabhaya……..
Aruna Shanbaug, 42 years ago, was a young lady, who went to Mumbai, to
live a better life as a Nurse. She was about to fly to a new life. But, that
brutal rapist destroyed everything and pulls her into bed for 42 years, and
escaped with a punishment of only 7 years. 7 * 6 = 42. She spent 6 times more
time in bed!!! The rapists got 7 year punishment and the victim, for a life
time punishment. Where was our Judiciary system? Our Judiciary system is dependent on
evidences. Without any evidences, you cannot prove anything in Court. In one
side, there was absence of evidence, that made the rapist to escape with a
comparatively lower punishment and on the other side there was a living evidence
for the past 42 years. Who can pay for her dreams? Isn’t it time to treat the
rapists BRUTALLY?
